Mesolongion

On the way to Mesolongion the weather seemed to surround us. The rain and wind came in spits and the seas were just as unorganized. When it all seem like it was going to turn for the worse everything stopped the sun came out. The water quickly turned to a soupy glass. That lasted the better part of an hour and then with out warning the winds came from the opposite direction and built almost immediately we found closer anchorage and trimmed the sails; it was going to be a fast sail but we would still get in after sunset.
